  • 10% Disability Rating– veterans will be eligible for 10% disability rating if a veteran suffers from migraines with prostrating attacks that happen on average every 2 months over a period of several months.
  • 30% Disability Rating– a 30% disability rating is likely appropriate for a veteran who affects by migraines with prostrating attacks that occur on average once a month over a period of time of several months.
  • 50% Disability Rating– The maximum VA disability rating for migraine headaches, It means veterans affected from migraine attack with very frequent completely prostrating and prolonged attacks may be entitled up to 50% disability benefits.
